To stop any reoccurring transaction on your debit card, you must contact the merchant (company) directly to make other payment arrangements.
If the transaction has already been authorized (pending) it is unable to be stopped from the Credit Union. Please contact the merchant to resolve.
Please note: Cancelling a card and issuing a new card with a different number may not stop reoccurring charges such as phone bills, payday loan payments, utility bills etc. from being charged to your account.
