How to Redeem Credit Card Reward Points
Our members earn rewards from our Compass Black and Compass Rewards credit cards. To redeem your perks:
Pleas note: as part of our Compass Card Refresh, reward redemption will be temporarily unavailable from August 19 through October 1, 2026. However, you will continue to earn rewards during this time.
Step 1
Log in to Online Banking from our home page or the Leaders CU App.
Step 2
Select "Cards"
Step 3
Swipe to select your credit card
Step 4
Scroll down and select "Rewards"
Step 5
Follow the on-screen prompts to redeem your rewards or transfer your cash to your statement or Leaders account.
