      How to Redeem Credit Card Reward Points

      Our members earn rewards from our Compass Black and Compass Rewards credit cards. To redeem your perks:

      Step 1

      Log in to Online Banking from our home page.

      Step 2

      Click "Additional Services."

      Step 3

      Select "Credit Card."

      Step 4

      Click "Services" then "Rewards." 

      1. If you are redeeming perks from a Compass Black Card, click Cash Back Mall
      2. If you are redeeming perks from a Compass Rewards Card, click CU Rewards

      Step 5

      Follow the on-screen prompts to redeem your rewards or transfer your cash to your statement or Leaders account.
