Instructions on how to Change the Checking Account Type the member has and keep the same Account Number

Previously Share Close & Transfer – To be used when a member wants to change the type of checking account they have – but keep the same account number

**All the following will require a signed MSA**

Champion Free to Champion Rewards

  1. Open a Transaction work area and search for a member
  2. Navigate to the Relationship Tree
  3. Left Click on the Checking Account to open the Update Tab
    • Identification
      • Description: Update to Champion Rewards Checking
    • Dividend
      • Dividend Calculation: Update to Champion Rewards Checking
    • General
      • Type: Update to Champion Rewards Checking

Champion Rewards to Champion Free

  1. Open a Transaction work area and search for a member
  2. Navigate to the Relationship Tree
  3. Left Click on the Checking Account to open the Update Tab
    • Identification
      • Description: Update to Champion Free Checking
    • Dividend
      • Dividend Calculation: Update to No Dividends
    • General
      • Type: Update to Champion Free Checking

The Next Account to Champion Free or Champion Rewards

  1. Open a Transaction work area and search for a member
  2. Navigate to the Relationship Tree
  3. Left Click on the Checking Account to open the Update Tab
    • Identification
      • Description: Update to Champion Free Checking or Champion Rewards Checking
    • Balance and Limits
      • Courtesy Pay Restriction: Eligible $100 ODP
      • Courtesy Pay ATM and Debit Card: Yes or No
    • Dividend
      • Dividend Calculation: Update to No Dividends for Champion Free Checking or Champion Rewards Checking for Champion Rewards Checking 
    • General 
      • Type: Update to Champion Free Checking or Champion Rewards Checking 

 Champion Up to Champion Free or Champion Rewards

  1. Open a Transaction work area and search for a member
  2. Navigate to the Relationship Tree
  3. Left Click on the Checking Account to open the Update Tab
    • Identification
      • Description: Update to Champion Free Checking or Champion Rewards Checking
    • Balance and Limits
      • Courtesy Pay Restriction: Eligible $750 ODP
      • Courtesy Pay ATM and Debit Card: Yes or No
    • Dividend
      • Dividend Calculation: Update to No Dividends for Champion Free Checking or Champion Rewards Checking for Champion Rewards Checking
    • General
      • Type: Update to Champion Free Checking or Champion Rewards Checking
  4. Remove Debit Card Restrictions and Shared Branch Restrictions
