What do I do if I lost my credit/debit card?

To report a lost or stolen debit or credit card, please call 731.664.1784 during regular business hours. Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. or 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. on Saturdays. We will block and reissue your card.

Outside of these hours, please call Card Services at:

Credit Card - 866.820.3864 
Debit Card -  866.820.1077  

Generally, it takes 7-10 business days for you to receive your new card. If you need it sooner, you may visit a branch and request one to be printed. (Debit Card Only)
