What types of checks are NOT allowed to be deposited using mobile deposit?

The following checks may be declined for mobile deposit:

  • Checks that have been altered beyond a signature endorsement
  • Cashier's checks and money orders
  • Checks partially filled out
  • Checks that are payable to joint account owners
  • Money orders or MoneyGram's
