At the time of opening your account, a membership card is provided that lists your account numbers.
Member Number
Your main member number that is used to set up online and mobile banking is connected to your First Forward (Prime) Membership Savings account. If you don't have your Membership Card, you can obtain this number by calling us at 731.664.1784, visiting one of our branch locations, or by logging into online or mobile banking and viewing your online statement hub.
Note: In order to view your Membership Card online, you have to signup for online back and enroll in e-Statements. Follow these easy steps to sign up and enroll in online statements.

Your Membership Card is stored and accessible in your Online Statement Hub. If signed up for e-Statements, you can access your Hub easily from inside Online Banking or our Mobile App.
How to find in Online Banking:
- After logging in, click "Additional Services" from the top menu
- Select "Online Statements and Notices"
- Select "Membership Card" from the left navigation or clicking on the name in the middle of the page
- Select the "Membership Card" from the table shown
How to find in Mobile App:
- After logging in, tap "More" menu
- Select "View Statements and Notices" under Financial Wellness
- Select "Membership Card" from the left navigation or scroll and tap on the name in the middle of the page
- Select the "Membership Card" from the table shown
Checking Account Member Number
Your Checking Account number is the second account number listed on your Membership Card. This information can also be found in the MICR line at the bottom of your checks and is the second set of bracketed numbers.
