How to get a new credit card if my card is lost or stolen?

Leaders Credit Union can issue a new card instantly with digital issuance inside our Card Controls App for instant access within your digital wallet.

We understand it's never fun to have your card lost or stolen. If you have the Leaders Card Control App, you can request a new card and instantly add it to your digital wallet without having to visit a branch or wait on the phone.

Note: This will only work if you already have the Card Controls app and have added your card to the app prior to the card being lost or stolen.

Step 1.

Open Card Controls App.

Step 2.

Select the Credit Card you need to report lost or stolen.

Step 3.

Select "Lost or Stolen" on bottom right of menu.

Step 4.

Fill out form

Step 5.

New card will appear and you will select the "Add to Wallet" button under your card.

What about the actual card?

You will also receive a physical Credit Card in the mail within 7-10 business days.
